2018 CAMP THREE CUP DOWNHILL MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE

 

 

CAMP THREE is proud to present the CAMP THREE CUP DOWNHILL MTB RACE hosted by Seven Springs Mountain Resort on Aug 11th & 12th, 2018. The event will take place on the "Camp Three" trail, located on the North Face of the resort. Practice will begin on Saturday, followed by our 8 to 12 year old youth race (location to be determined). A beer tasting featuring Helltown Brewing will be conveniently located at the Tubing lodge Saturday from 4-9pm. Following the Helltown Brewing beer tasting, we will be converging at 9pm at the Foggy Goggle for CAMP THREE's 20th Anniversary event. The event will be open to the public and feature DJ Hank D from 9-11 followed by an hour of live music from The Hellhounds and Six Speed Kill. The race will take place on Sunday, Aug 12th, beginning at 12pm and wrapping up at approximately 5pm after the awards ceremony at the Lake Tahoe Lodge.

RACE CATEGORIES

​The CAMP THREE CUP features eight race categories including Pro Men, Pro Women, Masters 40+, Amateur Men 13-19, Ameteur Men 20-39, Amateur Women 20-39, Open Single Crown (Enduro) and Amateur Boy & Girls (Youth Grom Race held on Saturday Aug 11th)

REGISTRATION

​

Online registration at Bikereg.com  will begin at 12pm June 25th and end Saturday Aug 11th at 11:59pm. 

​

Onsite registration will be available at the Seven Springs Bike Shop on Saturday Aug 11th from 10am-3pm and Sunday Aug 12th from 9am-10am.

​

Registration fee includes the lift pass for Saturday and Sunday.

SPECTATORS

​

There is no charge for spectators unless you would like to use the lift (recommended). There is a one day lift pass for $9.50 and a two day pass available for $15 +tax. Lifts include Gunnar (Race lift), Polar Bear and Cortina. Spectator passes will be available at the Bike Shop.

 

If you purchase an Adventure Pass, unlimited lift access is included with that package.

LODGING

​

Seven Springs is offering discounted room rates* for CAMP THREE CUP participants and spectators.

​

Camping is also available at nearby Laurel Hill State Park.

​

ALL RACERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE BIKE SHOP AT SEVEN SPRINGS TO PICK UP RACE PACKETS.
